Hamilton P. “菲尔”福克斯三世担任华盛顿纪律顾问办公室的纪律顾问, D.C. Phil从Sutherland退休后，于2011年加入纪律靠谱的滚球平台办公室，担任助理纪律靠谱的滚球平台, Asbill & Brennan, where he had practiced since 1990.

Phil served many years with the D.C. attorney discipline system, as a Hearing Committee Member and then as a Member, 副主席和专业责任委员会主席.  菲尔也曾在纪律诉讼中代表被告.
